Job Summary
Manage daily business operations across editorial, digital content, marketing, events, and brand partnerships while supporting project management for campaigns, product launches, and events. Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, production, and external partners to create and refine processes, track progress, and ensure timely delivery. Develop operational systems, standard operating procedures, and content calendars; monitor KPIs related to content output, audience growth, and revenue support. Track departmental budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, ensuring legal, licensing, and brand compliance across all operations. Improve workflows using project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, and Notion while supporting leadership with operational reporting and forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or media/lifestyle environments
- Experience working in digital media, publishing, lifestyle brands, or creative industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong understanding of digital media production cycles, brand collaborations, and content workflows
- Experience working with cross-functional creative and corporate teams
- Ability to create and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Analytical mindset with experience reporting on metrics and performance
- Proficiency with project management, collaboration, and analytics tools
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Occasional travel for shoots, events, or brand activations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Media Management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience with influencer marketing, talent management, or live events
- Familiarity with media buying, campaign analytics, and audience engagement metrics
- Knowledge of licensing, rights management, and content distribution
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), media planning tools, and project management platforms (Asana, Monday, Airtable, etc.)
- Familiarity with influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and e-commerce operations
