Operations Manager

Job Summary
Own all supply chain functions by prioritizing, assigning, and reviewing work to maintain efficiency and meet productivity, volume, and quality goals. Provide analysis and insights on KPI trends while implementing corrective actions when operations deviate from the plan. Enforce safety and housekeeping standards aligned with AIB and OSHA policies, and lead staff in continual improvement efforts. Manage layout changes to improve velocity and reduce labor costs, ensuring adherence to Lean and Six Sigma principles. Requires 8-10 years of warehousing and distribution management experience, a bachelor's degree in business, and flexibility for shifting hours. Manhattan WMS experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years warehousing and distribution experience
- 8-10 years Management experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to work flexible shifts/hours
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- WMS, specifically Manhattan WM experience, preferred
- Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
