Job Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the business, create strategic and operational goals, and implement systems and processes to enhance efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The successful candidate will analyze financial data, manage budgets, and set performance indicators. Required skills include operational management, communication, business practice knowledge, and a valid Pest and Termite applicator License.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred
- Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
- Long experience in Pest and Termite control in business
- Pest and Termite applicator License
