Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of Honda Service Centers in Marysville, Raymond & Honda Anna manufacturing plants; provide direct leadership of all departmental Managers; coordinate onboarding and promotions with HR; ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and client objectives; coach and discipline team members; manage payroll coordination; serve as on-site liaison with Honda; drive monthly/quarterly client reviews; foster a positive, professional work culture; lead training initiatives and track value delivered to the customer; require strong leadership, communication, MS Office skills, travel readiness, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience managing/leading a Team
- 2-3 years previous automotive repair experience is a distinct plus
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Be able to hold regular, predictable, attendance
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, and work at the specific location required
