Job Summary

Manage a financially viable dental office by executing the PDS Operational Model, driving revenue growth, and controlling expenses to meet monthly budget goals. Lead front and back office teams through assessment, hiring, retention, and coaching while resolving staff and patient issues using the We Believe Behavioral Framework. Report weekly to the Regional Manager on accomplishments and performance goals, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Travel to multiple offices daily to support operations and implement office success plans that improve team development and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
