Job Summary
Model company culture and operational best practices while actively learning to independently manage a financially viable dental office. Assess, hire, and retain team members through comprehensive training, supervision, and coaching to drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth. Resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing facts to develop timely, effective solutions and execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency. Manage expenses to meet monthly goals, maintain cash management protocols, and report weekly to the Regional Manager on accomplishments and performance goals. By end of development, demonstrate competency in managing both Front Office and Back Office teams while developing an office success plan for efficient operations during absences. Travel to multiple offices daily using a valid driver's license or reliable alternate transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Reliable means of transportation to travel to assigned offices
