Job Summary
Model company culture and operational standards while independently managing a financially viable dental office. Assess, hire, and retain team members through comprehensive training, supervision, and coaching to drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth. Resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing facts to develop effective solutions and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company policies. Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency, manage expenses to meet monthly goals, and report weekly to the Regional Manager on accomplishments and performance goals. Travel to multiple offices daily to support efficient operations and implement office success plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Five or more years of related work experience in operational management
- Valid driver's license
- Automobile insurance
- Reliable means of transportation to travel to assigned offices
- Ability to travel to multiple offices per day, in some cases several times per day

- Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree
- Five or more years of experience leading a team, mentoring and coaching subordinates
