Job Summary
Manage full site operations at the UK Warehouse, overseeing goods receipt, storage, and dispatch while maintaining safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Schedule processing volumes and build a high-performing FTE team, flexing resources to match seasonal business demands. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, negotiate consumable provider costs, and set SLAs with tracked KPIs. Collaborate with Merchandise Planning on forecasted volumes and shipping priorities to support commercial objectives. Requires 5+ years in warehouse management with P&L responsibility, strong financial acumen, and Lean Six Sigma expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management, including full site P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations
- Excellent working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), logistics software, and best practices
- Strong understanding of and background in Lean Six Sigma methods
- Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
