Job Summary
VP - Manager, Operations (Client Service) leads Parametric's global Client Service function (~45 professionals across the U.S. and India), overseeing a scalable, high-quality client service experience and driving KPIs, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Sales, Product, and Operations to align client needs with service delivery, owns transformation initiatives, acts as a senior escalation point for client service issues, and leads talent management and workforce planning for a global team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services
- experience in client service or operations
- leadership and team management experience
- design and scale service delivery models
- ability to work with senior stakeholders across business lines
- executive presence and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
