Job Summary
Lead multiple warehouse operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive facilities while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Develop, coach, and mentor Warehouse Managers and operational leadership teams, partnering with HR, Quality, Safety, and Accounting to implement best practices that support continued growth. Monitor key performance indicators, labor productivity, and P&L accountability to execute strategies that maximize efficiency and resolve operational challenges proactively. Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification, GMP, and regulatory standards across Houston, Baytown, Pasadena, Grand Prairie, and Dallas locations. Build strong customer relationships and support operational start-ups, audits, and strategic business initiatives within this growing international logistics organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, or third-party logistics operations
- Experience managing multiple warehouse locations and leading large operational teams
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, labor planning, and customer service
- Experience managing operational budgets and P&L performance
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (Synapse experience is a plus)
- Experience working in ISO-certified, GMP, or regulated warehouse environments is preferred
