Job Summary
Maintain all receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations while ensuring timely deliveries and organizing inventory replenishment. Constantly analyze procedures and methods to increase efficiency, organize the warehouse to reduce delivery time, and keep detailed inventory counts. Manage store stocks, inventory, people, and deliveries from suppliers to customers with an emphasis on quickness, while keeping financial records by scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances to reduce costs. This role requires 6+ years of experience and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience
- A Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- Be extremely metric oriented
- Have organization skills that are immaculate
- Know the leading warehouse operations methods and best practices
- Can supervise complex systems and procedures while also understanding how to optimize them
- Has knowledge of how to do short-term deliveries
- Can do inventory control & management
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working on early stage startups, e-commerce platforms or SaaS
