Job Summary

Dual-role Operations Manager supporting the COO and Chief of Staff with program management, operational execution, and executive administrative support. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to execute strategic initiatives, tracking action items and deliverables, coordinating domestic and international travel, managing complex calendars and expense reports, serving as a gatekeeper for the COO’s time, and preparing for executive meetings. Qualifications emphasize 2+ years supporting senior executives, strong program management, organization, adaptability, communication, and Microsoft 365 proficiency. Preference for experience in operations, technology, network services, or customer-facing organizations.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or equivalent) within large, complex organizations
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a dual capacity – balancing administrative excellence with strategic/programmatic responsibilities
  • Strong program management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and operate with minimal direction
  • Strong executive presence and judgment; comfortable interacting with leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Preferred experience supporting operations, technology, network services or customer-facing organizations
