Job Summary
Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of Supervisors to drive efficient warehouse operations and profitability. Develop and implement rigorous workflows, labor planning, and standardized processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency. Uphold health and safety compliance, foster a culture of safety, and monitor KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support continuous improvement. Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to oversee the hiring of Supervisors, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely customer order fulfillment, and maintain strong customer satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years in logistics, and 2+ years in a supervisory/management capacity, with a focus on coaching, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years logistics industry experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience with P&L management (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and safety
