Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations by developing and implementing efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to optimize productivity and reduce costs. Manage a diverse team of supervisors and frontline associates through coaching, guidance, and inclusive culture building while ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Compile comprehensive reports on key performance indicators, including productivity and accuracy metrics, to drive continuous improvement and support informed decision-making. Partner with Human Resources to oversee the hiring process for supervisors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt customer order fulfillment. Engage directly with customers to address concerns and achieve exceptional satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years logistics industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred
- Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred
