Job Summary
Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports through coaching and guidance while fostering a culture of inclusion. Implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standard processes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency. Proactively uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and compile comprehensive reports on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Partner with Human Resources to manage the hiring process for Supervisors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt customer order fulfillment. Engage with customers to address concerns and achieve exceptional satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, one year of logistics industry experience, and two years in a supervisory or management role.
