Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of home healthcare services in Oklahoma City, including scheduling patient visits, new patient intake, and managing budgets. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of nurses, aides, therapists, and support staff while developing schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Build relationships with key stakeholders, referral sources, and community partners to support service growth. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations through regular audits and quality assurance checks. Develop operational policies to improve efficiency and monitor patient outcomes to maintain high standards of care. Collaborate with physicians and providers to coordinate care plans and address patient concerns promptly. Support strategic plans to expand home healthcare and hospice services while identifying opportunities for innovation.
Required Qualifications
