Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate all operational activities of offshore support vessel fleet to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations; manage vessel scheduling, maintenance, and crew management; liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure transparent communication and successful project execution; develop and implement operational procedures and best practices to enhance fleet performance; monitor budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality; lead and develop the operations team; prepare and present regular reports on performance and incidents to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing offshore support vessel operations
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of maritime regulations, safety standards, and offshore operational requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in operational management software and MS Office applications
