Job Summary
Oversee daily campground operations to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests. Lead maintenance and repair of facilities, utilities, and equipment while identifying and solving problems quickly from mechanical repairs to logistical challenges. Manage seasonal staff and coordinate schedules, monitor forested areas and trails, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Perform basic daily accounting duties. Requires mechanical skills, knowledge of camping and forestry, physical stamina for hands-on work, and strong problem-solving abilities. Located in Minnesota's North Shore, you'll join a passionate team focused on creating memorable stays for guests.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanically inclined with basic repair and maintenance skills
