Oversee store operations and drive financial performance with a focus on customer service and associate development. Lead supervision of hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate performance; provide guidance to ensure adherence to policies and the One Best Way; manage asset protection and safety controls; interpret reports to improve quality and efficiency; develop action plans to address deficiencies; support budgeting and cost control; foster a culture of belonging and collaboration; build relationships with key stakeholders and communities; apply data-driven decisions to meet sales and profitability goals while promoting continuous improvement and employee engagement.
