Job Summary
Oversee store operations in Las Cruces, NM, delivering strong customer service and driving financial performance by guiding hourly associates and management in executing company programs and strategic initiatives. Lead supervision and development of associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management, while ensuring policy compliance, safety, asset protection, and quality assurance. Develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies, collaborate with the store team to meet budgeted sales and profit goals, and foster a culture of belonging and continuous improvement. Leverage data and reports to drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and community engagement, aligning with Walmart values and the One Best Way service model.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college
- OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
- OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
