Job Summary
Define strategy, performance metrics, and dashboards for in-field operations in Norway and Denmark. Drive data-driven decision-making to improve operational excellence KPIs such as backlog, cost per repair, and uptime. Act as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics providers, managing the process from sourcing through contract negotiation and performance monitoring. Support Fleet and Site Managers on execution while serving as the bridge between central and local teams to drive compliance and process improvements. Collaborate with regional operations teams to identify efficiency opportunities that maximize revenue and overall success. Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of operations or strategy experience.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Swedish or Norwegian language
- Bachelor's in business, economics, engineering or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in operations or strategy from consulting or a hyper-growth start-up environment
- Strong analytical capability and proficiency in conducting analysis, identifying underlying drivers, and delivering actionable insights
- Experience from leading projects and driving the implementation of improvements in collaborating with multiple stakeholders
