Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate the overall functioning of the New Rochelle/Yonkers Park Care sites’ non-clinical operations, including supervision of non-clinical staff, facility maintenance, office operations, patient information services, billing-related tasks, inventory and supply management, and liaison with site leadership. Responsible for generating and reviewing analytical data reports, managing bills and payments, maintaining petty cash, training and evaluating Patient Representatives, and ensuring adherence to health-center standards and policies. Requires collaboration with HR and leadership, ability to manage registration and encounters, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
