Job Summary
Schedule daily manufacturing work to optimize machine utilization and meet production deadlines using MRP software. Manage shop floor personnel against productivity metrics, review paperwork for accuracy, and oversee the CNC programming team. Coordinate inbound material receipt and outbound deliveries while communicating with customers, colleagues, and vendors on production workflows. Maintain production standards per Quality Assurance Policy, perform intermittent and final quality checks, and uphold safety by adhering to NCM Safety Policies. Assist in troubleshooting machinery and coordinate external vendor repair teams as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a can do, customer service first attitude
- Ability to navigate digital MRP systems
- Experience in the architectural, construction, or design industry
- Familiarity with the CAD programs
- Familiarity with automation and integrated machinery
- Commitment to the Company's mission and its core values
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication and metal roofing is a plus
