Key responsibilities include leading, hiring, training, and supporting staff to meet performance goals, managing daily operations, scheduling, attendance, payroll processes, cash handling, inventory maintenance, vendor contracts, and compliance documentation. The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid transportation is essential.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years in operations management or a related field
  • High School Diploma (GED) required; some college preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to recruit, train, develop, and motivate staff
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
  • Basic accounting and inventory management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing multiple processes for employees
  • Conflict resolution proficiency
  • Valid transportation is essential

Desired Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Bilingual proficiency (a plus)
