Job Summary
Manage daily operations of a transportation contract in compliance with agency policies and company procedures. Effectively oversee on-time performance, driver availability, and all call center functions while maintaining client contact to exceed expectations. Identify, select, train, and mentor location staff through direct communication and outreach programs. Assist in overseeing safety and training programs, conduct periodic departmental audits, and review key operational metrics daily, weekly, and monthly. Implement and adhere to company policies while participating in labor and employee relations activities. Requires minimum three years of direct experience managing paratransit services, strong scheduling and personnel management skills, and knowledge of contractual obligations. Starting salary range $90,000 - $104,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of recent (within the past five years) direct successful experience in an Operations/Assistant General Manager capacity managing a transit property/operation of paratransit services
- Knowledge of the contractual obligations
- Must be able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, personnel management, and training
- Trapeze experience preferred
- Experience managing a fast-paced environment
