Operations Manager-Must Have Commercial Door Experience

Job Summary
Lead and oversee commercial operations and personnel associated with commercial door systems to ensure high satisfaction on customer construction projects. Drive profitability by managing and improving operational processes, scheduling sold jobs, aligning budgets and sales goals, and delivering return on sales. Hire, train, and develop employees; conduct coaching, performance reviews, and scorecard analyses; lead meetings and communicate with customers to resolve issues and identify new sales opportunities. Collaborate across teams to ensure objectives align with corporate goals and drive on-time, quality project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum 2 years’ performance as Department Manager, Operations Manager and/or Project Manager in the Service Provider industry
- familiarity and knowledge of construction project management and installation of building materials
- technical applications, mechanical/electrical systems and problem solving
- experience conducting meetings with exempt and non-exempt personnel, as well as hiring, training, developing and conducting annual performance reviews
- high level of activity in a hands-on environment with emphasis on meeting deadlines and providing unmatched customer service
