Job Summary
Lead daily airport operations as part of CLEAR's airport leadership team, managing a team of hourly Ambassadors and driving security, customer service, and sales. Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment, ensure policy adherence (CLEAR and TSA), recruit and develop Ambassadors, coach the team to meet sales and service goals, analyze metrics and feedback to improve performance, and collaborate with the General Manager and station leadership. Requires government background investigation, ability to stand/walk for long periods, and availability for non-traditional schedules. Competitive base salary with comprehensive benefits and perks.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years leadership experience in a customer-facing operation (retail, hospitality, etc.)
