Job Summary
The Operations Manager is accountable for managing clinical administrative services of three units within the Division of Substance Abuse. This role involves defining, organizing, and coordinating daily delivery of clinical services to ensure excellence in patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Manager will also oversee human resources functions including monitoring staff attendance and managing time off requests. Essential functions include participating in improvement activities, quality assurance, research activities, and establishing practice standards. Candidates should possess knowledge of relevant software and regulations, along with strong communication and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of Associate’s Degree
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the use of SMART Software and EPIC
- Expertise in Front Desk Registration and Insurance Processes
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet browser
- Knowledge of CLIA equipment and standardized testing of equipment
- Human Resources and Labor Relations policies and procedures
- Knowledge of OASAS, DEA, TJC and DOH regulations and standards for Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP)
- Communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Competency evaluation and coaching skills
