Job Summary
Support the buildout of Mochi's new insurance program through workflow design, credentialing coordination, and rollout execution. Transition fluidly to new priorities like customer retention, program launches, and process improvement while owning individual workstreams end-to-end. Define and track key metrics including conversion, retention, cycle time, and error rates to build dashboards providing leadership real-time visibility. Map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and redesign processes to reduce manual work, writing and maintaining SOPs as programs scale. Identify repetitive tasks to automate using AI tools, scripts, or no-code platforms, building lightweight internal tools that streamline Ops operations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in operations, program management, or a generalist business role
- ideally with exposure to fast-scaling or early-stage environments
- Track record of owning ambiguous projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, switching context across projects, and building structure where none exists
Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare or telehealth experience
- MBA or graduate training
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., building prompts, workflows, or lightweight automations) to improve personal or team productivity
