Job Summary
Manage daily department activities, costs, and equipment maintenance while supervising Operations Support staff to handle customer technical assistance requests. Schedule work crews and coordinate schedules for AVS Technicians based on customer demands, serving as a liaison to estimate and quote project work. Review and approve expense reports, maintain division Profit and Loss statements, and ensure required safety training for all personnel. Provide administrative office assistance and act as backup to the General Manager. Requires 2-3 years of management experience in nondestructive testing with strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of management experience in the nondestructive testing (NDT) or related field
- Strong knowledge of nondestructive testing
- Strong communication skills to promote good team environment
- Complete all required training, and testing, within company guidelines
- Knowledge of all company products and services that is available to our customers
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs
