Job Summary
Oversee daily operations for North American Composites, managing multiple 3PL warehouses and ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across departments. Develop operational strategies to reduce costs while monitoring key performance indicators and leading teams in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, manage budgets, and resolve operational issues to align with company objectives. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to maintain supply chain efficiency and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards including Hazmat experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Associate's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
