Job Summary
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess trade-in product viability, while developing pricing strategies and commercial models for financial sustainability. Provide consulting on inventory management to reduce excess stock and mitigate risk, then collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams to analyze and improve operational performance. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and partners, oversee digital tool implementation to streamline operations, and ensure compliance with local laws and the Midis code of conduct. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, five to seven years of experience in electronics industry business development and operational management, including mandatory experience in consumer electronics or IT hardware sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any other related field
- 5-7 years of experience in business development and operational management within the electronics industry
- Mandatory experience in the consumer electronics and/or IT hardware sector
- Proven experience building and managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience developing and optimizing operational processes, pricing models, and refurbishment workflows
- Hands-on experience overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence across multiple functions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pricing strategies and supporting business growth within a refurbishment or reverse logistics environment
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
