Job Summary
Lead store operations in Reno, NV to deliver sales and profits while maintaining asset protection. Drive inventory management, SOP compliance, scheduling, and a customer-centric shopping experience. Manage and coach a trained team to meet KPI targets; oversee visual merchandising, omni-channel processes, and merchandise operations including shrink and safety programs. Serve as Manager on Duty, support Talent Development, and cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production to support both retail and framing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Retail management leadership experience
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and perform physical duties as described (bending, lifting, carrying)
- Experience coaching and developing team members
- Experience managing inventory, SOP adherence, and KPI achievement
- Customer service oriented with strong leadership presence
- Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production
