Job Summary
The Operations Manager provides leadership to achieve operational goals in productivity, accuracy, and safety for assigned departments in the Distribution Center. Responsibilities include coordinating daily workloads, optimizing work methods, driving safety policies, partnering with HR on team member performance, and mentoring coaches. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business, 5+ years of management experience in a warehouse environment, proficiency in computer systems, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years previous supervisory/management experience in a DC/warehouse environment
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications and WMS/LMS systems
- Demonstrated ability to successfully develop talent
- Effective time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication skills

- Logistics or Business degree
- Additional related training
