Lead store operations to deliver sales and profits while protecting assets; manage inventory, merchandising, and Omni-channel processes; supervise and develop a team to provide a customer-centric shopping experience; ensure SOPs, policies, and safety standards are followed; participate in scheduling, performance management, training, and talent development; serve as Manager on Duty and drive KPI achievement; oversee truck unload, stocking, and visual merchandising, with emphasis on inventory accuracy, shrink control, and customer solutions; collaborate on cross-functional framing operations and framing production as needed.
