Job Summary
Develop a team of department heads with technical assortment expertise while maintaining proactive relationships with HoReCa clients to ensure optimal store execution. Manage efficient merchandise flow and support the Sales Store Manager in maintaining product availability, order, and service levels in compliance with company procedures. Act as the constant interface with headquarters, platforms, and suppliers, collaborating with the sales force to enhance the customer base and improve the shopping experience. Engage the store team in managing top customers by proposing relevant business solutions and addressing their requests. Lead the check-in/out department to uphold service standards and ensure client reception activities meet corporate goals.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma
- Laurea triennale in ambito economico o equivalenti
- Conoscenza dell'assortimento merceologico, dei Clienti e del mercato Ho.Re.Ca.
- Conoscenza dei metodi di analisi del mercato e dei flussi di merce
- Ottime capacità di leadership, coordinamento di un Team e forte orientamento al cliente e al risultato
- Lettura e analisi Conto Economico
- Buona conoscenza delle lingua inglese
- almeno 2 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi nel settore retail, GDO o affini
- Contratto di lavoro: Tempo Indeterminato
- inquadramento livello 1 (Ccnl Distribuzione Moderna Organizzata)
