Operations Manager

Provide guidance and leadership to ensure products meet safety, quality, and delivery expectations while implementing 5S principles and adhering to federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct fact-based analysis using lean techniques to eliminate waste, drive continuous process improvement, and manage the manufacturing schedule and capacity plan. Build alliances with internal and external suppliers, customers, and partners to manage new product introductions, and mentor direct reports to improve work ethic, morale, and productivity. Establish goals, coordinate activities, and monitor manufacturing and quality activities to drive corrective and preventative actions using Management by Fact or 8-step problem solving. Maintain proper staffing levels, organize work assignments, and lead continuous improvement efforts to align with the company's strategic vision.
