Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for supporting and optimizing hotel-wide operations across Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage/Culinary, and Engineering/Maintenance. Leads and develops staff to achieve guest satisfaction and financial performance goals, ensures adherence to standards and procedures, and collaborates with teams to translate goals into action, monitor guest and employee satisfaction, and drive profitability. Key duties include workforce planning and scheduling, hiring decisions, employee relations, ensuring timely communication of goals/results, and conducting annual quality audits with leadership to maintain effective control programs. The role requires strong hospitality and customer-service focus, ability to manage multiple operational areas, and the ability to align team performance with property objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services/front desk/housekeeping or related area OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services/front desk/housekeeping or related area
