Job Summary

Oversees hotel operations across Front Office, Business Center, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Engineering to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize the department's financial performance. Ensures standards and procedures are followed, leads specific teams, and assists with meeting or exceeding property goals. Focuses on translating goals to the team, communicating guest- and employee-satisfaction insights, scheduling against guest and occupancy targets, and supporting profitability through audits and performance data. Manages HR activities such as hiring, onboarding, and staff orientation, while delivering high levels of customer service and professionalism to guests and team members. Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
