Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day estate operations across the site, providing strategic oversight of activities, projects, and contractor performance while improving service delivery during site changes. Manage client engagement, customer service, and relationships with occupiers, balancing leadership of site-based team members with technical awareness of hard services. Provide cover for FM reactive operations when required, support budget setting and reconciliation, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental management, and current legislation. Develop proactive relationships with stakeholders and deliver client and management reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Provide cover for FM reactive operations when required
  • Supporting budget setting, management and reconciliation
  • Develop effective, proactive relationships with all occupiers and foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving capability with a practical mindset
  • Effective conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Clear and confident communication at all levels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and tenants
  • IOSH / Member of IWFM
  • Building Management/Contractor management
  • Proven experience in production and presentation of Client / management reports
  • Excellent organisational skills & strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating at various levels
  • Effective PC skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Proactive, flexible attitude to changes in the company, IT systems and the role

  • Experience working in complex or evolving environments
