Job Summary
Operations Manager responsible for leading end-to-end fulfillment and final mile delivery operations in a high-volume setting. Drive continuous improvement, manage inventory and capacity planning, and lead a cross-functional team to ensure accurate, efficient, and cost-effective order fulfillment while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and tech teams to align operational delivery with customer expectations and strategic goals, implement budgeting and reporting, and ensure health and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- 7–10 years’ experience in operations management within e-commerce, logistics, courier, or warehouse environments
- Proven success operating within a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong technical proficiency across WMS, ERP systems, SaaS courier aggregator platforms, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, logistics optimisation, and service delivery best practices
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to convert data insights into operational improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable and able to perform effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments
