Job Summary
Plan, organize, and lead multiple restaurants with €4–5M annual revenue, managing operations for existing and new locations while recruiting and training staff. Ensure all safety, quality, and corporate policies are met, optimize inventory and staffing levels, and drive profitability through defined KPIs. Maintain clear communication channels between operations, headquarters, and internal departments like HR, marketing, and procurement. Exchange regularly with external partners and consumers to uphold guest experience standards. Travel frequently within the Ruhr region for site visits.
Required Qualifications
