Job Summary
Lead operational planning and management of hotel operations across Norddeutschland, coordinating with central teams to prepare new portfolio acquisitions and support hotels in meeting budgeted targets. Act as the primary contact for hotel directors, continuously optimizing hotel processes and contributing to budget creation and hotel tech-stack development. Collaborate closely with marketing and finance teams while leveraging cost-optimizing synergy effects to establish sustainable operational solutions. Requires a business degree, leadership experience in hospitality operations or revenue management, and fluent German and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Berufserfahrung in einer Führungsposition in der Hotellerie im Operations-Management, aber auch im Bereich Reservierung, Revenue, Sales & Marketing oder Finance
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Selbständige, strategische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein & Einsatzbereitschaft
- Reisebereitschaft
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Programme (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse fließend in Wort und Schrift
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse mit einem oder mehreren hotelspezifischen Programmen (PMS, Fairplanner, Channel Manager, Kassensystem etc.)
