Job Summary
Operate the golf course, restaurant, and guest accommodation facilities while leading the expansion to a full 18-hole course. Manage external contractors for landscaping and construction, controlling costs and timelines for all development projects. Oversee daily operations across the golf, dining, and rental sectors, coordinating events, tournaments, and new service offerings. Serve as the primary contact for members, guests, and tenants while reporting directly to the executive board. Develop new concepts to increase visitor frequency and ensure seamless collaboration between all business units.
Required Qualifications
