Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Blickfeld in Munich leads Munich-based production and procurement, heads the manufacturing and procurement teams, manages the global supplier network and contract manufacturers, coordinates international logistics and warehousing, and collaborates with R&D, Quality, Industrialization, Sales, and Finance, while aligning with parent Senstar to drive operational excellence and ramp-up of LiDAR production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, economics, or a comparable field with a strong technical focus
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, production, or supply chain management
- experience leading a team
- hands-on experience across procurement, production, supply chain, and/or logistics
- experience with contract manufacturers or global production partners
- familiarity with optomechanical components, semiconductors, and/or complex electronic assemblies
- business fluent in German and English
- willingness to travel to Asia approximately twice a year
