Job Summary
Ops Manager role leading Munich-based manufacturing and procurement teams for Blickfeld’s LiDAR production, coordinating global contract manufacturers, supplier qualification, sourcing, logistics, and warehouse management; requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Industrialization, Sales, and Finance, and alignment with the Senstar group to ensure reliable, high-quality production and timely delivery. Strong emphasis on process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement in a fast-growing hardware tech environment; hybrid work model in Munich with German/English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering, economics, or a comparable field with strong technical focus
- 3-5 years in operations/production/supply chain
- Leadership experience with team development
- Experience with contract manufacturers and global production partners
- Familiarity with optomechanical components, semiconductors, or complex electronic assemblies
- Business fluency in German and English
- Willingness to travel to Asia ~ twice a year
