Operations Manager

Recruit, interview, train, and evaluate operations personnel while overseeing route, dispatch, vault, and terminal operations. Manage vehicle and equipment maintenance, control operational costs, and enforce safety and security policies for employees, cargo, and facilities. Investigate accidents, process paperwork, and develop customer service capabilities across all staff. Develop short and long-range operational plans to meet branch goals, deliver training to armed driver/guards and terminal employees, and maintain compliance with DOT, OSHA, and EPA statutes. Establish relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. Requires logistics or transportation experience, college education or military background, and knowledge of Transit Vault, coin vault, and CMS systems. Salary range $72,000–$78,000.
