Job Summary
Lead and supervise multiple client or business-unit teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time while building strong stakeholder relationships. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, service level agreements, and operational metric goals such as productivity, quality, and customer service. Plan, organize, and track department operations to support LERETA's strategic objectives by measuring business process effectiveness and presenting findings to senior management. Manage continuous improvement programs to meet quality benchmarks, cost reduction goals, and on-time delivery targets. Coordinate department activities with internal teams, set weekly and monthly production and quality goals, and oversee daily deliverables. Cultivate a culture that attracts top talent, provide performance assessments, and serve as the escalation point for internal and external customers. Assertively communicate assignment status and performance opportunities to the Operations Leadership Team, report operational metrics, and develop workflow procedures and annual department budgets.
