Operations Manager

Job Summary
Lead daily manufacturing operations at the Randolph facility by conducting production meetings, establishing priorities, and removing obstacles to ensure schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety. Coordinate production, planning, materials, quality, engineering, and shipping to deliver customer orders safely and on time. Monitor labor utilization, manage production schedules based on demand and material availability, and resolve production issues through standardized work and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive operational excellence by developing KPIs, improving throughput, and supporting ERP/MRP system implementation. Report to the VP of Operations at 3LED Group.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience leading production in an electronics, electromechanical, industrial, medical device, or similar manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, materials planning, and manufacturing operations
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electronics assembly or PCB manufacturing
- Exposure to ISO quality systems
- APICS/CPIM, Lean, or Six Sigma training is a plus
