Job Summary
This Leader in Training program is an intensive 12-month rotational immersion designed for recent graduates to develop into future industry leaders. Participants will rotate through various aspects of operations and management, customer and employee relations, human resources, and sales strategy. Responsibilities include hands-on involvement in janitorial and landscaping services, crew management, quality audits, cold calling, and budgeting. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, client-focused, and strong communicators, prepared for a physically demanding work environment.
